Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare Your Package

Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instructions included to ensure safe transit.

Ship to Our Warehouse

Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
